Coto de Gomariz 'Gomariz X' Albariño

"It is an Albariño wine from the interior of Galicia, far from the influence of the sea, resulting in a mature, complex wine with very balanced acidity, compared to the Albariño from the Atlantic coast."

The grapes for this 95% Albariño and 5% Treixadura come from the As Panelas and O Taboleiro plots, and are farmed without any synthetic applications or insecticides. The fruit is hand-harvested and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats using indigenous, wild yeasts, before bottling on a Flower Day according to the biodynamic calendar.

The 'X' comes from exceptional vineyards, as they believe that this is a very distinct Godello, apart from others, from an iconic parcel of Gomariz.
