Can Sumoi, 'Garnatxa Blanca'

The grapes for the Garnatxa Blanca come from 25 - 60 year old vines from two parcels over eight acres that were discovered in 2022. Harvested on fruit and flower days according to the biodynamic calendar, the Garnatxa Blanca was pressed with low pressure and then fermented by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
